Our PM's do regular 6 monthly visits to your tenanted property and fully inspect the structure of the building.
We also discuss any potential future issues or simple requests from the tenants. We will send this in a comprehensive report to you so that you are fully equipped to make a decision to proceed.
We will manage all major refurbishment works and provide you with weekly updates via email and telephone calls.
At the end of the tenancy, we will ensure that a checkout is booked and a report is given to leaving tenants and Landlord for full transparency.

Either the electrical industry, Gas Safe industry or general contracting. Combined, we have developed into team capable of providing you sound advice and the best options for the maintenance of your investments.
